About EES

Visionary leadership and exceptional performance make EES a premier systems integrator that delivers full life-cycle IT services and solutions to the Federal Government. Our highly skilled, certified, and innovative management, technical, and support staff work shoulder-to-shoulder in close, trust-based partnership with our clients to achieve superior performance quality while maintaining schedule and cost control.

Established in September 2004 as a small business joint venture, EES was formed by an SBA-approved 8(a) Mentor-Protégé agreement between 1 Source Consulting, Inc. and RHRT Holdings, Inc. Since that time, we have grown rapidly into one of the nation’s leading professional services contractors. Working collaboratively with our federal clients, EES supports the implementation of integrated enterprise-wide operations and capabilities. We provide a broad range of successful performance-based support in program management and control, IT infrastructure and operations, IT management, cyber security, and systems development and engineering across geographically dispersed projects and tasks.

EES has transitioned multiple, disparate help desks into single point of contact ITIL-based service desks. We have consolidated and virtualized servers, applications, and storage. In addition, EES has developed and implemented enterprise network management systems that permit remote monitoring, management, configuration, patching, and updates from a central location. Our expertly trained and certified cyber security staff consistently assess potential risks and vulnerabilities and employ mitigating techniques to stay ahead of dynamic threats, maintain continuity of operations, and protect the integrity and confidentiality of our clients’ organizational and personal information assets and systems.
